Can I get a refund for my IGN Plus subscription?

When you purchase an IGN Plus subscription, you are buying a pre-paid period of IGN Plus account status. As a result we do not offer refunds. You can quickly and easily cancel or change your IGN Prime subscription at any time in your Account Settings page on IGN by clicking your IGN account name. Within your IGN Account Settings select the “Subscription” option from the navigation bar, you may need to expand the navigation bar if Subscription is not visible.
