4. Username Change Request — Unfortunately, we do not support changing usernames at this time.

Disabling ads is a feature for IGN Plus subscribers. If you have opted to block ads, we ask you to please consider whitelisting IGN, or subscribing to IGN Plus, so we can continue bringing you high-quality game guides, reviews, news and analysis, shows, and everything else we do. We do not allow intrusive ads on IGN. You won’t find any pop-ups, banner ads that autoplay with sound, or other intrusive advertising on IGN.

2. Sign up for the IGN Prime plan that fits you best, using the same email address as your IGN.com account.

3. Your account will automatically be converted to an IGN Prime account, and all banner and video ads will be disabled!
