Leading videogames Web site IGN.com and HDFILMS INC.; whose president Jace Hall is the Executive Producer behind the hit ABC television show V: The Series – have partnered to bring Season 3.0 of The Jace Hall Show exclusively to IGN.com. The move marks the latest in a series by IGN to align with major entertainment brands to broaden its appeal among mainstream audiences.

Flixster Inc., producer of the world's largest online movie community at www.Flixster.com, today announced that it has acquired Rotten Tomatoes from IGN Entertainment. IGN, a division of News Corporation, will receive a minority equity stake in Flixster as part of the acquisition. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

IGN.com, the leading online video game media outlet, will power and serve as the content provider for Game On, a new videogame channel on MSN, which launches today at http://gameon.msn.com.
